摘要: 目的深入探讨和挖掘PBL教学法在外科护理教学中的实际应用价值。方法将传统的理论性讲授教学法与PBL教学法进行比对分析,通过P值的最终取值范围来验证两种方法的教学效果。结果两种教学法经过比对,采用PBL教学法的实验组考试成绩高于采用传统讲授教学法的对照组,二者之间具有显著差异。结论PBL问题式学习法提高了学生的自主学习能力,使学生对外科知识产生浓厚的学习兴趣,由此可见,该教学方法为临床医学护理知识的传授提供了一条便捷高效路径。

Abstract: Objective: To deeply discuss and explore the practical application value of PBL in surgical nursing teaching. Methods: The traditional theoretical teaching method and PBL teaching method were compared and analyzed, and the final value range of P value was used to verify the teaching effect of the two methods. Results: After comparing the two teaching methods, the test scores of the experimental group with PBL teaching method were higher than those of the control group with traditional teaching method, and there was significant difference between them. Conclusion: PBL problem-based learning method can improve students' autonomous learning ability and make them have strong interest in surgical knowledge. It can be seen that this teaching method provides a convenient and efficient way for the teaching of clinical medical nursing knowledge.
