慕课背景下高校教师提升教学水平的建议与思考

摘要: 随着互联网技术的发展与应用,互联网技术逐渐进入各个行业。对于高效而言,亦不例外。慕课应运而生,学生可以在各种APP上面下载课程讲解,而且是由不同学校老师的讲解,有的是国内知名专家的课堂,有的是国外知名学者的课堂。总的来讲,学生获取专业知识的方式趋向多元化,现在有了在线课程,慕课等学习平台。这对高校教师提出了较大的挑战,不仅仅是传统教学手段的挑战,同时也对高校教师自身的专业素养提出了挑战。本文就慕课的产生与发展,在此影响下高校教师面临怎样的挑战,以及高校教师如何应对挑战,是本文章试图解决的问题。

Abstract: With the development and application of Internet technology, Internet technology has gradually entered various industries. Efficiency is no exception. MOOCs emerge as The Times require. Students can download course explanations on various apps, and they are explained by teachers from different schools, some of which are classes of famous domestic experts, and some of which are classes of famous foreign scholars. Generally speaking, students tend to acquire professional knowledge in a variety of ways, and there are now online courses, MOOCs and other learning platforms. This poses a great challenge to university teachers, not only to the challenge of traditional teaching methods, but also to their own professional quality. This paper tries to solve the problem of the emergence and development of MOOCs, what challenges college teachers face under the influence of MOOCs, and how college teachers deal with the challenges.
