Abstract: With the promotion of the current management reform of college students in China, the demand for college students' management is increasing. Especially in the management of college students under ideology, we should pay more attention to the transformation of management methods of students. The practice shows that in the education of students under ideology, it can transform the traditional thinking of student management, provide the basis for student management, and help to improve the level of students' consciousness. In view of this, this paper discusses the analysis of college students' management from the perspective of ideological management of thought and administration. This paper makes an analysis of the implementation of the strategy, with a view to providing assistance to the management of the university students with the help of this paper.
