摘要: 就业是每个高职院校学生均会予以重点关心的大事,并且与其个人今后的发展有着极大的联系。其中,对于少数民族大学生来讲,就业不仅对其个人发展有所影响,同时也影响整个社会的发展与稳定。因此,为了加强民族团结,维持社会稳定,必须要求高职院校认真对待少数民族大学生的就业问题。为此,该文对少数民族大学生就业机制存在的问题进行剖析,并以问题为基础来研究有效的解决对策,以期待少数民族大学生可顺利地完成就业。

Abstract: Employment is one of the most important issues for students in higher vocational colleges, and it is closely related to their personal development in the future. Among them, for minority college students, employment not only affects their personal development, but also affects the development and stability of the whole society. Therefore, in order to strengthen national unity and maintain social stability, higher vocational colleges must treat the employment of minority college students seriously. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment mechanism of minority college students, and studies the effective solutions based on the problems, in order to hope that the employment of minority college students can be completed smoothly.
