Abstract: With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national power, under the strategy of "World Double First-class", promoting the construction of "Domestic Double First-class" in China's private universities is not only the trends of the development of the times, but also an important reflection of the education progress. Therefore, private universities should also take the "Double First-class" construction theory as the starting point and overall goal, strengthen the quality of talent training, improve the theoretical research results, and enrich the content of cultural development and social service, so as to provide internal driving force for realizing the great-power stratagem through talents. This essay takes Jilin International Studies University, the representative of private universities, as an example to explore the constructive way of "Domestic Double First-class".
