摘要: 地方应用型本科高校针对新经济时代背景下对金融学专业人才提出新的要求,通过解析应用型高校金融学专业培养目标,探索由1个理论导师;1个实证导师;加N个金融学专业学生形成“1+1+N”团队导师制,结合具体培养方式、效果解析和可能问题分析,进而研究金融学专业“1+1+N”培养创新创业人才模式的指导性意义,进而实现基于实践能力的创新创业能力的培养。

Abstract: In view of the new requirements for financial professionals in the context of new economic era, by analysing the training objectives of financial majors local application-oriented colleges and universities explores "1+1+N" team tutorial system which include one theoretical tutor, one empirical tutor, and one empirical tutor and some students majoring in finance, and analyses possible problems so as to study the guiding significance of "1+1+N" training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in finance major combined with specific training methods and effects, and a result, realizes the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability based on practical ability.
