Practice on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Pharmaceutical Engineering Driven by New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract

Abstract: New quality productive forces are rapidly developing, pharmaceutical engineering, aligned with industrial upgrades and social development, urgently needs high-quality, innovative talent. Traditional education models struggles to meet the development needs of modern industries, requiring systematic reform. This paper proposes an education reform model based on the theory of new productive forces, aiming to transform teaching methods and provide a theoretical foundation for cultivating talent that meets the industrial needs in the new era.
