Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening reforms in higher education and increasingly diverse demands for economic and social development, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important way to alleviate employment pressure and enhance the comprehensive quality of college students. This article explores the reform and practice of an interdisciplinary teaching system for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly through project-based teaching methods and industry education integration models, to enhance students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. This article takes the course of mechanical design fundamentals as an example, first analyzing the design methods of interdisciplinary courses, then elaborating on the implementation strategies of project-based teaching methods, further exploring the mechanisms and models of industry education integration, and finally constructing an evaluation system for students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. The Study can continuously improve the interdisciplinary curriculum system and innovative entrepreneurship teaching mechanism, providing useful references for cultivating more high-quality skilled talents.
