Abstract: Traditional teaching of integrated circuit technology faces challenges in imparting cutting-edge knowledge and cultivating practical abilities. Virtual simulation courses can effectively compensate for this deficiency. As the future development direction of integrated circuits, incorporating spintronics devices into teaching can broaden students'horizons and cultivate interdisciplinary thinking. In response to the problems faced by current virtual simulation courses, this article proposes to clarify knowledge, skills, and literacy goals, optimize and integrate teaching content such as preparation processes, performance testing, and integration with traditional processes, adopt project-based learning methods, and establish a diversified assessment system; at the same time, measures such as building teaching teams and developing teaching resources are taken to ensure the implementation of curriculum reform, and to help improve the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
