Exploration of Innovative Paths for College Students'Employment Guidance Courses Assisted by Artificial Intelligence Technology

Abstract: With the deepening of digital transformation in higher education, traditional college student employment guidance courses are also facing new opportunities and challenges, is no longer able to meet the personalized and precise employment guidance needs of students. This article explores in depth how artificial intelligence technology can promote innovation in college students'employment guidance courses, and constructs a curriculum innovation framework based on artificial intelligence technology, covering course objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, and evaluation systems. The employment guidance courses for college students empowered by artificial intelligence have significant advantages in personalization, intelligence, and dynamism, which can effectively help students adapt to the rapidly changing job market and achieve smooth employment.
