Abstract: New quality talent is pivotal elements for driving the development of new quality productive forces in China. Clinical medical students constitute a vital component of the nation's healthcare talent pool, and cultivating their core competencies forms the foundation of medical new quality talent. This paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between new quality productive forces and the cultivation of core competencies in clinical medical students. It elaborates on the current status of core competency cultivation and proposes a collaborative approach involving four key stakeholders: universities playing the leading role, hospitals providing synergistic support, families offering guidance, and society furnishing backing. This four-party collaboration aims to advance the cultivation of medical new quality talent, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of China's healthcare system.
