Exploration and Practice on the Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges for Intelligent Construction under the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration Community

Abstract

Abstract: Taking Harbin Vocational and Technical University as the research object, this paper systematically sorts out the inherent logic of the integration of industry-education fusion community and the construction of intelligent construction modern industrial colleges. It analyzes the current situation and achievements of the university's industrial college construction, and dissects problems, school-enterprise collaboration, talent training, as well as their causes, and combining advanced experiences, puts forward targeted optimization strategies from four dimensions: construction of collaborative mechanisms, innovation of training models, construction of teaching staff teams, and improvement of guarantee systems, to provide theoretical reference and practical paths for deep integration of industry and education in the field of higher vocational intelligent construction.
