Research on Enhancing the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teaching Staff in Higher Education Institutions through Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology has significantly contributed to the development of various industries and has offered new perspectives for the enhancement of innovation and entrepreneurship faculty in higher education institutions. This article thoroughly examines the necessity and current status of integrating artificial intelligence into the development of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching teams in colleges and universities. Furthermore, it proposes practical strategies from multiple dimensions, including facilitating technological integration, improving teachers'digital literacy, establishing intelligent training and evaluation systems, and promoting equitable distribution of educational resources, thereby offering actionable insights for relevant institutional stakeholders.
