Abstract: The core objective of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. Labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are both key links in achieving this goal. The integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is by no means a simple superposition of two courses; rather, it represents a profound transformation in educational concepts and a systematic innovation in talent cultivation models. To this end, for higher vocational colleges to promote the in-depth integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness and concept of the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, build a teaching staff for the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and construct a curriculum system for the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
