Abstract: This article aims to address the new requirements of the construction of new liberal arts for the cultivation of applied social work talents in local colleges and universities. Taking the social work major of Ordos Institute of Applied Technology as an example, guided by the integration of industry and education, the article solves the problems of insufficient cultivation of composite abilities and the lack of a dynamic and diversified evaluation system in the current talent cultivation through the joint development of talent training plans, the joint construction of teaching staff, the sharing of teaching resources, and the joint evaluation of training results.
