Reform and Practice of Experimental Teaching Mode in Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy under the Background of the New Era

Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy is an important course in the field of Chinese medicine, characterized by a balance of theoretical, practical, and innovative aspects. With the advancement of educational modernization and high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine industry, the traditional experimental teaching mode is no longer able to meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new era. This article takes the traditional Chinese medicine major in ordinary undergraduate colleges as the research object, starting from the course positioning, teaching status, and existing problems, analyzing the necessity and urgency of reforming the experimental teaching of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, and exploring the innovative teaching mode that integrates the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) with multiple teaching methods such as PBL, CBL, and TBL; Propose feasible reform practices from the aspects of teaching system construction, assessment and evaluation, experimental facility construction, and cultural inheritance. Practice has shown that this model effectively enhances students' self-learning ability, innovative thinking, and professional ethics, providing a reference for the reform of traditional Chinese medicine experimental teaching.
