Abstract: This study aims to explore the innovative talent cultivation path for logistics majors at higher vocational colleges in the context of new quality productivity. By establishing a collaborative mechanism of “dynamic demand alignment-bidirectional resource empowerment-full-chain closed loop” , a logistics major cultivation model oriented towards the supply of innovative talents is formed. This approach effectively addresses issues such as outdated training standards and fragmented resources, clarifies training objectives, enhances the digital and intelligent course system, strengthens dual-qualified faculty, and improves the capability quantification evaluation system. It constructs a new paradigm of talent cultivation that includes a talent cultivation community, modular courses, and practical training carriers, achieving a sustainable connection between talent cultivation and the development of new quality logistics productivity.
