Abstract: Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of ice and snow sports, the ice and snow sports teaching in applied universities shoulders the responsibility of cultivating and delivering high-quality, multi-skilled ice and snow sports talents. Promoting the blended teaching model of online and offline in ice and snow sports teaching not only can expand teaching resources, stimulate students'learning interest, and create efficient classrooms, but also enable students'knowledge, skills, qualities and spirits to develop simultaneously, which is in line with the goal of applied universities to cultivate “all-round developed individuals” . Based on the fundamental principles such as human nature, wholeness and adaptability, teachers can fully leverage the advantages of the blended teaching model by integrating online resources, designing teaching plans, creating teaching scenarios, enriching learning experiences, and incorporating micro-lectures into teaching practices to enhance students'autonomous learning abilities, achieving a “win-win” situation in both high-quality completion of ice and snow sports teaching goals and promoting students'all-round development.
