Abstract: In the process of rapid development in the new era, in order to cultivate more innovative talents, it is necessary to make clear that the primary school stage is an important stage for the formation of students' values and outlook on life. The good moral education work of the primary school head teacher will play a positive role in promoting the long-term development of students in the future. At the same time, as the implementer of moral education, the primary school head teacher needs to strengthen the improvement of his own comprehensive quality and ability in order to be better qualified for this work. Therefore, it is very important to explore the effectiveness of improving the quality of moral education of primary school head teachers, to maximize the rapid and good development of students, and to enhance the efficiency of education and teaching.
