Exploration and Innovation of Environmental Design Education Teaching Mode Driven by Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: This article focuses on the innovative transformation of environmental design education and teaching mode driven by artificial intelligence (AI), deeply analyzes the characteristics and needs of environmental design education, and clarifies the challenges it faces in cultivating students'innovation ability, integrating practice and theory, and integrating interdisciplinary knowledge; proposes using AI to re-establish teaching objectives and encourage students to shift from knowledge mastery to knowledge application and innovative thinking cultivation; realizing intelligent integration of teaching content through data-driven design and interactive learning resources, using innovative teaching methods such as Project Based Learning (PBL), Adaptive Learning, and Intelligent Recommendations, utilizing intelligent teaching tools and platforms such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and design software and intelligent assistants, to comprehensively revolutionize the environmental design education teaching model. AI technology brings new opportunities for environmental design education, promoting students to enhance their innovative thinking and practical abilities in realistic and challenging situations.
