Optimization Strategies for Professional Development of Teachers in Private Colleges and Universities in Guangxi

Abstract

Abstract: Private higher education constitutes a vital component of China's higher education system, playing a pivotal role in advancing the popularization of higher education. The professional competence of faculty members serves as the cornerstone for determining talent cultivation quality. This paper examines the significance of faculty professional development in Guangxi's private colleges and universities, identifies current challenges faced by these colleges and universities, and proposes optimization strategies to enhance teaching capabilities and promote high-quality development.
