Research on the Training Mode of

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of urban rail construction in China, the demand for high-quality and highly skilled talents in urban rail operation and management has been increasing. How to train students through school enterprise cooperation has become a research topic in many vocational colleges. Based on the experience of school enterprise cooperation implemented by specific colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the guarantee and work focus of sustainable cooperation between schools and enterprises and the characteristics of the implementation of teaching process and the guarantee of teaching quality.
