Abstract: The development of“dual-qualified and dual-capable”faculty training in private universities is an important approach to deepening the integration of industry and education. Based on the school-enterprise collaborative perspective and taking Guangxi University of Foreign Languages as an example, this research deeply explores the value, issues, and innovative models of school enterprise collaboration in cultivating teaching staff. The research results show that constructing a“standard-led, platform-supported, project-driven, mechanism-guaranteed”dual-driven training model between schools and enterprises has significant importance in enhancing teachers' practical innovation abilities. Regarding issues in goal positioning, standard systems, integration mechanisms, and evaluation incentives, systematic solutions are proposed to provide new ideas for private universities to innovate their“dual-qualified and dual-capable”teacher training models.
