Abstract: This article is based on the requirements for cultivating outstanding engineers, focusing on the structural contradictions in graduate education from the perspective of industry education integration. It analyzes the practical problems faced in the practice of industry education collaboration and points out that the traditional model has different levels of misalignment in target positioning, organizational governance, and resource matching. On this basis, this paper explores the mapping of job competency structure, cross disciplinary responsibility linkage, and outcome oriented evaluation system, constructs a graduate training mechanism deeply integrated with the engineering site, thereby advancing graduate education into a new stage of precise functions, clear responsibilities, and effectiveness orientation.
