Construction of a Professional Vertical Education-Training Joint Cultivation System for Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Oriented towards Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract: In order to address the prominent contradiction that graduates majoring in carbon fiber composite materials have difficulty adapting to the actual demands of the intelligent manufacturing industry, this article starts from the fundamental issue of the disconnection between traditional material science education and the intelligent production scenarios, analyzes the deep reasons why the talent training goals lag behind the technological iteration of the industry, explores the system architecture design scheme of embedding the real intelligent manufacturing elements into the entire training process, studies the implementation path selection of the two-way integration between schools and enterprises, and constructs the method for the institutionalized operation guarantee mechanism. The research shows that this training model transforms the cutting-edge technical demands of the industry into operational teaching carriers, promoting the transformation of students'engineering practice ability training from passive adaptation to active alignment.
