Abstract: Facing the trends of interdisciplinary knowledge integration and industrial transformation, constructing a“broad civil engineering”interdisciplinary application-oriented talent cultivation system that meets the requirements of emerging engineering education development has become a core issue in contemporary civil engineering education. Considering the characteristics of the industry, the core essence of interdisciplinary application-oriented talent is defined, and a tripartite talent cultivation model integrating“ideological & professional synergy, global & local Integration, and digital intelligence & engineering fusion”is proposed. Through the construction and investigation of this cultivation framework, the study aims to offer reference for training emerging engineering talents in civil engineering disciplines at regional universities.
