Abstract: In response to the challenges posed by the rapid development of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry for innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation in vocational education, this paper proposes a“three-guidance and four-integration”framework based on the integration of“competition-teaching-industry-innovation”. The“three-guidance”approach emphasizes goal orientation, demand orientation, and quality orientation to align talent cultivation with industry standards and market needs. The“four-integration”strategy fosters the organic integration of competitions, teaching, industry, and innovation, enhancing practical application skills and entrepreneurial competencies. Within this framework, a progressive competition system is introduced to cultivate students'professional skills and innovation capabilities through a hierarchical competition structure. Additionally, the paper proposes an“academic-enterprise dual-mentor + real-world projects + multi-source collaboration” mechanism to ensure effective implementation, exploring a novel model for AI talent cultivation in vocational education.
