Exploration of the Application of T4C Teaching Mode Based on Advanced Ability Cultivation in the Practical Course of Elderly Ability Assessment

Abstract: This article is based on the high-order ability theory in Bloom's cognitive model, and introduces the T4C teaching mode (tools, cooperation, communication, creation). Taking the practical course of elderly ability assessment in Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College as the practical object, it explores the cultivation effect of this mode on students'job practical ability, interdisciplinary collaboration ability, and innovative thinking; Through two rounds of action research, reconstruct teaching objectives, content, and evaluation system, forming a closed-loop teaching path of“tool empowerment collaborative construction innovative generation”. Practice has proven that of the T4C teaching model plays an important role in cultivating students'advanced abilities in the practical course of elderly ability assessment.
