Abstract: Mining as a fundamental and strategic industry of the national economy, is an important guarantee for national economic security and industrial development. With the advancement of technology, China has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of innovation ability among students majoring in mineral processing engineering. It is urgent to comprehensively improve students'innovation ability and comprehensive quality through teaching reform. School of Minerals Processing and Bioengineering at Central South University has built a“three-dimensional”teaching framework that covers the entire process of“pre class, in class, and after class”and integrates diverse interactions between“teachers and students”with innovation ability as the core. At the same time, by creating a multi-party collaborative education platform and an integrated closed-loop training model of“graduation thesis research training engineering practice”, innovative practice will be integrated throughout the entire process of talent cultivation, provides a reference for optimizing the curriculum system of traditional engineering majors.
