Teaching Research on Career Planning and Employment Guidance for College Students

Abstract: With the continuous development of society and the deepening of educational reform, the importance of career planning and employment guidance education for college students has become increasingly prominent. Based on various research methods such as literature review and field investigation, this paper systematically sorts out the origin, development and evolution process of career planning and employment guidance courses, and conducts a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the current teaching situation. In response to the existing problems such as weak career planning awareness among college students, single guidance content and lack of professional teaching staff, it proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the construction of the course system, enriching guidance content and establishing a professional teaching staff.
