Abstract: Against the severe backdrop of the continuous expansion of the scale of college graduates, the reduction in demand in the job market, and the intensification of job competition, the traditional training model can hardly meet the social demand for inter-disciplinary and innovative talents. To address issues in the cultivation of undergraduate students majoring in engineering, such as insufficient learning motivation, backward career guidance, and inefficient integration of off-campus resources, this paper constructs an integrated training system of“professional education - personal development - career guidance”. This system fully integrates on-campus faculty resources, enterprise resources, and alumni strength. With the four-year career planning of students as the main line, and“education and guidance as the core, supervision and support as the means, and on-campus and off-campus resources as the support”, it provides phased development guidance for students. By establishing“student development guidance paths, creating educational paths for students'growth and success, and building a collaborative education path with linkage between on-campus and off-campus parties”, the system promotes the all-round development of students, enhances their employability, and drives the high-quality transformation of graduates from“passive employment”to“active career selection”and from“easy employment”to“high-quality employment”.
