Innovative Transformation of Labor Education in Colleges : A Collaborative Education Model Based on the Flipped Classroom

Abstract: Driven by the policies of labor education in the new era, labor education in colleges and universities faces an urgent need to innovate teaching models to enhance the effectiveness of education. This paper deeply explores the application value of the flipped classroom model in labor education, and proposes a student - centered integration path. By redesigning teaching strategies, a collaborative education system that combines labor education and the flipped classroom is constructed. Through case analysis and practical reflection, the effectiveness of this model in cultivating students'labor literacy, innovation ability, and practical skills is verified, providing a reference for the reform of labor education in colleges and universities.
