Research on the Innovation of Talent Cultivation Mode for Automation Major Driven by “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the theory of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education, this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the talent cultivation model for the automation major, analyzes the deficiencies of the existing education model in cultivating compound-type talents, and proposes a series of innovative strategies. These strategies involve comprehensive reforms in the curriculum system, teaching methods, and practical platforms, aiming to cultivate students'innovative thinking, entrepreneurial ability, and practical skills, enabling them to play a key role in their future careers and promote technological innovation and industrial development. This research provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the innovation of the talent cultivation model for the automation major and has important reference value for educational reform.
