Research on the Teaching Reform of Career Development and Employment Guidance Courses in Higher Education Institutions Based on the OBE Concept

Abstract: This article is guided by the OBE concept to study the reform direction of career development and employment guidance courses in universities, explore new teaching models, and improve the effectiveness of course teaching. There are problems in the teaching of career development and employment guidance courses in universities, such as unreasonable setting of course objectives, weak integration of teaching content, single teaching methods, and incomplete assessment and evaluation system. This article is based on the OBE concept, with“learner centered”and outcome oriented approach. Through a clear hierarchical curriculum goal system, integrated curriculum teaching content, diverse curriculum teaching methods, and comprehensive curriculum assessment and evaluation, a curriculum teaching system is constructed and continuously improved.
