Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of new productive forces, the digital transformation of the asset appraisal industry has placed higher demands on the digital literacy of professionals. To adapt to this trend, the research focuses on the practical teaching of asset appraisal major and constructs a digital literacy evaluation system for students, aiming to systematically enhance their digital literacy levels. This initiative seeks to promote the deep integration of asset appraisal major teaching with industry needs, provide high-quality talent support for the industry's digital transformation, and offer reference for the cultivation of digital literacy in related disciplines.
