Abstract: Career planning courses for college students guide students to recognize their own strengths, understand the job markets and industry development trends, formulate reasonable career goals and plans according to their personal characteristics and understanding of the professional, so as to lay a solid foundation for smooth employment. However, there are still many shortcomings in the career planning curriculum for college students. This article puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of increasing attention, expanding teaching content, using diversified teaching methods, and building a diversified evaluation system throughout the whole process, in order to further promote the effective implementation of college students'career planning courses, improve students'employability, and promote the all-round development of students.
