Abstract: As an important component of the scientific and technological innovation system, universities are the main force of national scientific and technological innovation. It is of great significance to enhance the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of universities through innovative research management. This article deeply analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by scientific research management in universities, and explores the implementation path of scientific research management innovation around management systems, management processes, scientific research management organizations, scientific research management talent team building, and digital construction of scientific research management, in order to enhance the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of universities.
