Abstract: With the increasing complexity of modern food production chains, the challenges facing food safety risks are becoming more severe. The traditional teaching model exhibits significant limitations in terms of timeliness, practicality, and technological foresight. This article responds to the call of the national education digitization strategy by deeply integrating open-source technology ecology with artificial intelligence (AI), and constructing an intelligent teaching module for food safety risk assessment; The module revolves around three core concepts of platformization, scenarization, and interactivity, and comprehensively utilizes technologies such as large model intelligent learning companions and machine learning models. The construction of this module is expected to solve teaching difficulties and significantly improve students'data literacy, AI application ability, and risk assessment level.
