Multiple Values, Implementation Dilemmas and Model Construction of “Specialty Innovation Integration” in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education are both important components of vocational education.They each have their own characteristics and complement each other. Based on the current national policies, the paper explores the multiple values of “specialty innovation integration” in vocational colleges. It analyzes the problems of the “specialty innovation integration” in vocational colleges and constructs the “five-chain coordination” operational model for the specialty-innovation integration in vocational colleges from five aspects: “integrating talent cultivation goals to unblock the talent development chain; integrating the curriculum systems to improve the teaching channels chain; integrating practical platforms to run through the practical training system chain; integrating the teaching staff to strengthen the teaching staff guarantee chain; integrating educational resources to build an ecological chain for the specialty innovation integration” .
