Abstract

Abstract: This thesis aims to explore the effective way of establishment, construction and management of an Elite Peer Teaching Team of College English Morning Reading. This study also intends to provide referential experience for other colleges and universities with similar practice in organizing English morning reading activities based on the corresponding practice at South China Institute of Software Engineering, Guangzhou University.
