Integration Strategy of “On-the-Job Course Competition Certificate” for Preschool Education Majors under the “1+X” Certificate System

Abstract: On the basis of elaborating on the intrinsic relationship between the“1+X”system and the "on-the-job course competition certificate", this article analyzes the main difficulties in implementing the "on-the-job course competition certificate" in preschool education majors in vocational colleges, and proposes targeted integration strategies based on this. Committed to optimizing the talent cultivation mode of preschool education majors, enhancing the comprehensive qualities of vocational college students such as professional skills, vocational awareness, and employability, realizing the organic combination of academic education and vocational skills training, promoting the high-quality development of preschool education in China.
