Exploration of the Two Way Interactive Training Model for Township Medical Vocational Talents

Abstract: This article explores the two-way interactive talent training model for medical majors. 220 clinical medicine students were selected as the research subjects, and a control group and an experimental group were set up. The control group received traditional teaching way, while the experimental group received a two-way interactive talent training model. The differences in professional competence and service awareness between the two groups were compared. The results showed that the skill operation scores of the experimental group of medical students were higher than those of the control group, and their initiative in serving the township was higher than that of the control group, indicating that the two-way interactive township medical vocational talent training model can effectively improve the practical ability of medical students.
