Exploration of Strategies for Enhancing College Students' Entrepreneurial and Employment Abilities Based on School Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: The school enterprise cooperation model has opened up new avenues for enhancing the entrepreneurial and employment abilities of college students by combining resources from educational institutions and the industry.This model encompasses various forms such as industry-academic-research cooperation, customized education as per corporate orders, internships, and joint ventures, ensuring that educational content aligns with industry demands while enhancing students'practical skills and innovative spirit. By establishing industry-specific colleges, implementing tailored training programs, building entrepreneurship platforms, creating employment demand profiles, and setting up innovation labs, the model significantly boosts students'professional competitiveness and entrepreneurial capabilities.
