Construction and Practice of Talent Cultivation System Empowered by AI—Case Study of Safety Engineering at Shandong University of Science and Technolog

Abstract: Shandong University of Science and Technology's safety engineering major aims to achieve a dual leap in teaching quality and talent cultivation quality through digital transformation. The main measures for the construction of talent cultivation system under AI empowerment are: building a “Safety +” talent cultivation model to achieve leadership in first-class disciplines; constructing a digitalized professional curriculum system and creating a knowledge map platform for safety engineering; exploring multi-dimensional interactive information-based teaching methods to lead the digital intelligence transformation of experimental teaching resources; and driving new strategies for student personalized learning with intelligence, creating a new paradigm for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.
