Research on Entrepreneurial Talent Training Reform Based on Entrepreneurial Enthusiasm of College Students in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract

Abstract: This paper takes the students from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research object to know their entrepreneurial passions, so as to provide relevant decision-making basis for the reform of entrepreneurship education. The results show that: (1) The entrepreneurial passions are generally positive, but the passions for foundation dimensions is low; (2) the degree of entrepreneurial passions of different gender students is significantly different, males usually have a higher entrepreneurial passion; (3) college students in different disciplines have significant differences in entrepreneurial passions. Finally, based on the above results, this paper proposes the corresponding reform advices for entrepreneurial talents cultivation.
