Exploration and Practice of Promoting Internationalization of Graduate Education through “Mentor Guidance and Open Collaboration”

Abstract: The internationalization level of graduate education is an important indicator for measuring the quality of graduate training in higher education institutions, as well as the requirements of the times and the earnest expectations of student parents. Therefore, it has become a major task for universities. This article takes Anhui University's graduate education in the field of materials as a case study to introduce the practice of“mentor led, open collaboration”to enhance the internationalization of graduate education. Specifically, guided by mentors, fully utilizing their academic resources at home and abroad, relying on laboratories, and promoting the internationalization of graduate education through research internationalization.Practice has proven that promoting the internationalization of graduate education through the internationalization of scientific research work is an effective path.
