Research on Construction of Flexible Teacher Management Mechanism in Secondary Vocational Schools and Path Innovation

Abstract: The era of knowledge economy has put forward new requirements and higher standards for social talents. As an important training institution for skilled talents, secondary vocational schools have faced new challenges and opportunities in vocational education. Teachers are the key to the development of vocational education in secondary vocational schools. But at present, most of the teacher management mode tends to rigid management, which affects the development of teachers to some extent. Based on the author's years of teacher training experience, this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in teacher management in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward the construction and implementation path of flexible teacher management mechanism, hoping to explore an effective flexible management mechanism for teacher management in secondary vocational schools in China.
