Abstract: The blended learning model has also shown great application value in the medical field, gradually becoming an important way of teaching pathology and pathophysiology. Pathology and pathophysiology, as fundamental medical courses, are crucial in guiding students to master the mechanisms of diseases, cultivating their good clinical practice skills and critical thinking. The blended learning model based on formative assessment combines the advantages of online learning and classroom interaction, which helps to improve students'learning enthusiasm, participation, and self-learning ability. Therefore, this article explores the application of this teaching model in pathology and pathophysiology through specific course design, evaluation mechanism, and feedback mechanism implementation.
