Construction of Second Classroom Transcript System Based on Students' Employment Intention and Ability Cultivation—Taking the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Nanjing Tech University as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The School of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Nanjing Tech University closely integrates the characteristics of professional disciplines, focuses on professional features, and takes the professional teacher team, Communist Youth League organization, and student work team as the main force to carry out the construction of a second classroom transcript system for cultivating students'employment willingness and ability; establish a service-oriented organizational system that is youth oriented, service-oriented, and enhances the employability of young people, attempt to innovate and explore in terms of work content, path carriers, method models, and institutional construction.
