Research on the “Three Innovation” Talent Training Mode of Higher Vocational Electronics Majors Based on the Skill Master Studio

Abstract: As an important carrier and new field for the training of highly skilled talents, skill studio can provide students with a platform for technological innovation, invention and entrepreneurial practice, and build a meeting point for continuously deepening the integration of industry and education. Compared with the traditional education training mode, it has obvious advantages in promoting three innovation education. At the present stage, some higher vocational colleges still have some problems in the practice of training technical and skilled talents, such as insufficient depth, insufficient scope, low scientific and technological content, weak innovation, and weak teacher construction. In this regard, higher vocational colleges should explore the mode of cultivating talents by skill master studio, focus on updating the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and play the leading role of skill master studio; build professional and implement the whole process guidance of skill master studio, deepen the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship courses, and integrate diversified practice teaching based on skill master studio.
